Kitchen Linoleum Removal

In part of the kitchen, there are fir floors like the rest of the house. There is also an L-shaped area that is just plywood. All of it was covered by a layer or two of linoleum and lots of glue. You can see in the picture below the line where the fir stops and the plywood begins. We removed the linoleum from the kitchen floor and will eventually be laying "new" flooring that we got from the Seattle ReStore. It may be difficult to integrate it with the existing floor but we'll tackle that when we get to it.

There was way too much adhesive used so it took a lot of scraping to get all the paper backer off and the wood cleaned up some.
