With the house facing West over the water we get great sunsets almost every night. This is a picture from the "concrete pad" next to the garage at the back of the house looking out towards the water. You can see that the lawn is getting better and better, or at least greener everyday. It will take a lot of work but I think it will get there sooner or later.
